Since 2008, she has been working as an anchor on Habertürk and Bloomberg HT channels within Ciner Media Group. In addition to her programs on Bloomberg HT television, she also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg HT Radio. Previously, she was the Economy Manager of Vatan Newspaper, and worked as a reporter and manager in the field of economy and finance at Doğuş Media Group and Sabah Newspaper for many years. She also served as the managing partner of the news and finance sites Gazeteport and The Lira within Sem Digital, which operates in the field of internet publishing. Having completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Communication, Açıl Sezen is continuing her doctorate at the same university.
