Fiba Group Human Resources Director
Aylin Yazgan İyicik received her bachelor's degree from Middlesex University with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing. İyicik began her career as a human resources consultant at Profil International in 1999 and later joined the Koç Group. During her 19-year career at the Koç Group, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Koç Allianz and as a Management Development Manager at Koç Holding. Finally, she served as the Koçtaş Human Resources Director for 12 years. She has been serving as the Fiba Group Human Resources Director since December 2021. İyicik, a mother of twins, speaks English.
Having completed Adler Central Coaching training, one of the ICF (International Coach Federation) approved coaching schools, İyicik has completed over 750 hours of coaching service for companies and groups. She completed the ORSC (Organization, Relationship and Systems Coaching) Program, the only Team Coaching approach approved by the ICF (International Coach Federation), and became one of the few coaches in Turkey who have certified this skill by being certified in this field.
Her passion and desire for coaching, modeling and developing her surroundings also helped her progress in her coaching journey. She was selected as the faculty leader of Adler, one of the most prestigious coaching schools in Turkey, by the evaluation. İyicik believes in the importance of learning, development, development, dialogue and creating a culture of dialogue, and that companies will need these skills much more as they move towards their goals.
