Selin Bakaçhan, who started in sales at Switzerland Life and Retirement for 20 years, quickly moved to the Human Resources field with the passion to fill human resources. She served as the Compensation and Benefits Director at Garanti Retirement and Life, Compensation and Benefits Director at Cigna Life, and HR and Administrative Affairs Manager at Fiba Retirement and Life.

Selin Bakaçhan, who joined NTT DATA Business Solutions in 2017, served as the People and Culture Director responsible for Turkey and the MENA region for many years. Today, she continues to serve as the CHRO responsible for the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) Region. In this role, she leads the company's people and culture management in the region; creating an impact in critical areas such as talent management, organizational development, digitalization, cultural transformation and employee engagement.

With the holistic employee experience projects implemented within NTT DATA BS, she has both transformed the cultural DNA of the support and achieved measurable successes in areas such as diversity, variety and young talent attraction. The female employee ratio was increased to 44%, and employee satisfaction and loyalty scores reached the highest levels in recent years.

At the same time, as one of the leaders who integrated the corporate sustainability agenda with the Human and Culture components; She has signed many advanced projects focusing on the diversity of the part, social impact and employee well-being.

With the professional coaching training she received from Adler International in 2015, she continues to provide coaching and mentoring support to university districts and young professionals as a volunteer.
Selin Bakaçhan, who graduated from Kocaeli University Environmental Engineering Department in 2003, is married and a mother of one child.
