Ülfet Baykent Uysal is celebrating her 26th year in Human Resources and business life this year. Ülfet, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics, started working as a Human Resources Specialist at Unilever Turkey in 1999. Over the next 19 years, she assumed many roles in both different HR areas and different countries of Unilever. She worked on training and compensation in the regional management team at the London head office, and assumed the role of Program and Change Management in the Global HR Transformation Project at Unilever's France office. She returned to Turkey in 2009 and became the HR Director responsible for Supply Chain & Industrial Relations at Unilever. In 2014, she took over the HR Director responsible for Sales and Marketing in Turkey & NAMETRUB Region. She worked as the Human Resources Director of Eczacıbaşı VitrA between 2018-2022. She has been a member of the Human Resources team at Diageo Türkiye since May 2022. She is also a Gestalt coach, a BÜMED supporter and a volunteer at the Sales Network Community. She is married, has twins and is a die-hard Beşiktaş fan.
