ŞENGÜL ARSLAN/Human Resources Deputy General Manager (50) Şengül Arslan graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1997 and received her master's degree from Boğaziçi University Executive MBA program. Arslan started her career as a Management Consultant at Arthur Andersen in 1997 and served as Human Resources Management Consultancy Manager at Ernst & Young between 2002-2004. Arslan, who served as Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager and Deputy Human Resources Director at Danone Tikveşli between 2004-2007, as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Avea between 2007-2011, as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at HSBC Bank between 2011-2017, and as the Global Human Resources Transformation Program Change Leader at HSBC Group between 2016-2017, joined Şişecam as Head of Human Resources in March 2017 and managed the Corporate Communications function in addition to the Human Resources function between 2017-2020. Following the merger of Tek Şişecam and the centralization of the entire Human Resources function at the beginning of 2021, the Global Human Resources Function also centrally manages support functions such as Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Administrative Affairs and Security in addition to core human resources processes. As of July 1, 2021, Arslan has been serving as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Şişecam Human Resources Function.
