Banu SARAÇLAR, after completing her undergraduate education in Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Boğaziçi University, continued her master's degree in Human Resources Management at Marmara University.

SARAÇLAR, who started her professional career in 1996 at Eczacıbaşı Securities, worked at Advantage, a Boyner Group Company, and then contributed to Turkcell and Group Companies as an HR Manager between 2004-2011. During her time at Turkcell, she influenced the coordination of all domestic and international investments of the company in the fields of human resources, purchasing and information systems.

Then, she served as the HR Director at İnnova, a technology company of the Türk Telekom Group, and managed the company's growth and organizational structuring processes.

In 2014, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of HR at Assistt, another Türk Telekom Group company. She led the company, which has over ten thousand employees, in making significant progress in terms of human resources efficiency and employee loyalty by managing the HR transformation program.
Banu SARAÇLAR, who served as the General Manager of İstanbul Personnel Management Inc. (İSPER), the subsidiary company with the highest human resources of İBB, from August 2019 to December 2024, has led and contributed to the following issues in addition to the human resources supply services provided to İBB at İSPER Inc., whose number of employees exceeds 22 thousand today;

Directing the structuring processes of İBB subsidiary companies with organizational consultancy services,
Creating a continuous development culture for İBB employees with İBB Young Talent, Leadership Development and Young Mentor Programs,
Establishing Regional Employment Offices that bring together job seekers and employers in the private sector, restructuring Institute İstanbul İSMEK and providing development opportunities for Istanbulites with employment-focused training projects,
Creating the unemployment map of Istanbul and developing solutions with the İstanbul Labor Market Research,
Developing special projects for women's employment.
Banu Saraçlar has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of İSPER AŞ as of July 2024 and continues to serve as the Chairman of the IBB Service and Communication Group, which consists of the subsidiary companies of İSPER AŞ, İstgüven AŞ, Spor İstanbul, Kültür AŞ and Medya AŞ.
