Ayşegül Gürkale, Enerjisa Energy Production Inc., Human and Culture Deputy General Manager, graduated from Marmara University English Economics and Sabancı University Executive MBA departments. She worked in different areas of responsibility such as “Commercial Banking, Product Development, Strategic Planning, Regional Management, Human Resources and Purchasing Deputy General Manager” in Pamukbank, Garanti Emeklilik and Aksigorta companies in the banking and insurance sector. She has been working as the Human and Culture Deputy General Manager at Enerjisa Production since 2022, she is married with two children.
