After graduating from Istanbul Erkek High School, Betül Çorbacıoğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1998. She worked as a research assistant at the same university for a while and received her master's degree in the same field, and joined the Mercedes-Benz Türk family in 2000.

After taking on various roles within the Corporate Planning and Financial Control, Çorbacıoğlu was appointed as the Corporate Planning and Reporting Director in 2006, and was appointed as the Sales and Corporate Financial Control Director in June 2012.

Betül Çorbacıoğlu assumed her current position as the Mercedes-Benz Türk Human Resources Director as of April 1, 2016. She was included in the "50 Most Powerful HR Leaders" list organized by Ekonomist in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2024. She was also included in the "50 Most Effective CHROs" list organized in collaboration with Fortune and Dataexpert in 2019 and 2024. Çorbacıoğlu, who has been on the Board of Directors of PERYÖN - Human Management Association since July 2019, has been serving as Vice President since 2023.
