Dr. Eylem Derya Özgür, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering, completed her master's degree in Human Resources at Istanbul University and received her doctorate degree from the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at the same university. Dr. Eylem Derya Özgür, who started her business life in 1999 as a Total Quality Specialist at Aselsan, joined the Eczacıbaşı Group as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist within the Holding in the same year. While she served as the Human Resources Leader at Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products organizations between 2005-2019, she also served as the Group's Supply Chain Director between 2016-2018. Dr. Özgür has been serving as the Eczacıbaşı Group Human Resources Group President since 2021. A member of PERYÖN since 2010, Dr. Özgür assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 28th term as of 2025.
