Evrim Bayam completed her education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering, and then completed her master's degree in telecommunications and information technology management at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. After working in the United States on sales, marketing and business development, she worked at Turkcell-Tellcom-Superonline as the head of business and product development. From 2007 to August 2016, she led mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration and restructuring, and business development at Yıldız Holding. While continuing her duties at Yıldız Holding, she founded Northstar Innovation, a subsidiary of the Holding, in 2011 and served as its general manager. As of August 2016, she continued her consultancy activities for two years, particularly in the areas of innovation strategies, leadership, and cultural transformation, as the founding and managing partner at OPEX Consulting and Education. She also taught innovation and entrepreneurship courses at Bahçeşehir University. Since April 2018, she has been serving as the Vice President of Human, Information Technologies and Corporate Development and Executive Board Member of Orhan Holding, which operates mainly in the automotive sub-industry with 29 factories and engineering centers in 13 countries on 4 continents with approximately 10,000 human resources. While continuing to support her continuous development by receiving various trainings from institutions such as London Business School, INSEAD, Harvard, she continues to serve as a board member of companies in Turkey and abroad. As the chairman of the board of directors of the Genç Başarı Eğitim Vakfı on the basis of social responsibility and volunteering, she contributes to the introduction of young people between the ages of 4-30 with an entrepreneurial mindset into the business world. In addition, she is a 2nd Term mentee and member of the Women on the Board Association, which empowers women in business life and leads their participation in boards of directors.
