Tekay, a Senior Partner at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT), began her professional career providing consultancy in the retail sector. She has led culture transformation and leadership development projects for a wide range of organizations—both in Turkey and abroad—across sectors such as finance, healthcare, FMCG, and telecommunications. She served as the General Manager of MCT from 2014 to 2019.
Recognized as one of the "40 Women to Watch" in the field of diversity on the 2015 Forbes "Forty Over 40" list, Tekay is the author of the book *The Grow Forward Manifesto*. Through the "Growth Circles" (*Büyüme Çemberleri*) platform she founded, she supports the professional development of young women in the early stages of management roles in the business world.
Ranked among the "Marshall Goldsmith Global 50 Coaches" for executive and team coaching, Tekay provides consultancy services across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and South Africa as part of a culture transformation project for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). She is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Consulting from Middlesex University. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the ITU Alumni Association and co-chairs the Mentorship Working Committee, which facilitates connections and mentorship opportunities between ITU students and alumni.
