Mehmet Eronat began his career in Human Resources as a specialist in the Migros Human Resources Department and continues it today as the CHRO and executive board member of Forvis Mazars Turkey, one of Türkiye's five largest auditing and consulting firms. He serves as a management consultant in national and international projects on corporate transformation, organizational design, productivity-focused restructuring, performance management, and talent management processes; and provides consultancy services on the integration of sustainability strategies into human resources systems and B-Corp certification. Recently, he has been working on equal pay certification, which has come to the forefront with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, both managing certification processes and promoting its recognition in Türkiye. In addition to his current work, Mehmet Eronat lectures as a guest lecturer at various universities, mentors in social responsibility projects, and participates as a speaker at various summits and events.
