Fikret Sebilcioğlu is the Founder and CEO of Cerebra, with over 30 years of professional experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, white-collar crime, fraud risk management, anti-money laundering, ethics, and compliance. He began his career at PwC, where he worked in the Istanbul and Rotterdam offices between 1993 and 2008, before founding Cerebra in 2009.

Throughout his career, Sebilcioğlu has led numerous complex fraud investigations, dispute-related engagements, and fraud risk management projects. He is actively involved in professional initiatives focused on business ethics, corporate governance, and fraud prevention, and regularly contributes to conferences, seminars, and thought-leadership activities in these fields.
