Betül Çorbacıoğlu graduated from Istanbul Boys' High School and then from Boğaziçi University's Department of Industrial Engineering in 1998. After working as a research assistant at the same university for a while and obtaining her master's degree in the same field, she joined Mercedes-Benz Türk in 2000. After holding various positions within Corporate Planning and Financial Control, Çorbacıoğlu was appointed Manager of Company Planning and Reporting in 2006, and then appointed Director of Sales and Corporate Financial Control in June 2012. As of April 1, 2016, Betül Çorbacıoğlu assumed her current role as Director of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz Türk. She was included in the "Top 50 Most Powerful HR Leaders" list compiled by Ekonomist magazine in 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2024. She was also included in the "Top 50 Most Effective CHROs" list compiled in collaboration with Fortune and Dataexpert in 2019 and 2024. Çorbacıoğlu, who has been on the Board of Directors of PERYÖN - Human Resources Management Association since July 2019, has been serving as Vice President since 2023.
