Melih Can Kocabaş completed his high school education at Saint Michel French High School in 2015 and his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. Throughout his education, he combined an international perspective with a disciplined work culture.

Since 2020, he has worked in various areas within SOA Catering, including production, operations, logistics, and service management. In 2022, he established the Strategy and Business Development Department, initiating the company's transformation into a data-driven and more scalable structure.

Currently, as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Melih Can Kocabaş leads projects focused on digitalization and plays an active role in the company's growth strategies.
