Strategic Customers Sales Director | Puratos
Mehmet Agartan; is a new generation sales leader believing in stregth of strategy, innovation and change.
After graduating from METU, Department of Economics, he started his career in Ernst&Young and joined Puratos Finance Team in 2011. With belief of the value of cross-functional movements, to gain new experiences and to use his strategy creating skills in business development, he joined Puratos Sales Team in 2014. Since October 2019, he has been working as Sales Director of Strategic Accounts and he is in management team.
He believes that in a fast-changing new world, sales strategies and organizations should also change constantly.
At Puratos, he led the creation of new route to market strategy focused on consumer and consumer demands, Mega City Sales Approach and 360º Consulting Sales Approach he developed made significant contributions to the business while also inspried and shared with Puratos sales teams in other countries through various trainings.
Mehmet believes that the future of corporations is only possible by creating an innovative, agile and contemporary organization, and for this purpose, he encourages both himself and the organization and all stakeholders to constantly think and try new things.
