Ebru Pilav works with individuals and organizations in the areas of people development, culture, and innovation. She is passionate about delivering sustained top performance, working with people to be their best and to align personal aspirations with organizational outcomes.

She has more than 26 years expertise in human resources having led many projects around the world focused on strategy, leadership, learning, and change. In her professional career, she has held a number of senior management roles in world leading companies such as Volkswagen Financial Services AG, Deloitte and Batelco. She has joined at Puratos in February 2022 and leads people strategy and HR agenda.

Besides her professional career, she is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a certified professional co-active coach and earlier led CSR projects when she was in the Board Committee of the ICF. She is also a lecture in one of the Universities for Innovation and Technology course.

She received a bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and holds a Post Graduate certificate from the College of Business Administration, University of Maine, USA and Marmara University, Turkey. Lastly, she completed the Master of Art Innovation and Change, through York St. John University in the UK.

She believes a strong contributor to society, women and youth in life. She plays now an important role in unleash organization’s innovation skills and set the stage for future. She also spent a decade working as a distant mentor and a coach working with various associations for giving back to community.
