Ahmet AKIN graduated from German High School in 1988. His undergraduate degree is from the Business Administration Department of Bogazici University and his MBA degree is from the Simon Business School of University of Rochester.

He started his advertising career at Güzel Sanatlar / Saatchi & Saatchi and then moved to TBWA Istanbul where his latest position was Vice-President. In 2009 he became the CEO of Leo Burnett Group in Turkey. He then worked as the Founding Partner of Kramp Advertising Agency until 2020 which he founded in 2014.

Along with his advertising career he has completed Gestalt Coaching Program, Gestalt GroupWorks Program, Executive Leadership Coaching Program of Mare Fidelis, Co-Active Coaching Program of Co-Active Training Institute and the Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) Program of CRR Global.

He is the designer and facilitator of Co-Creation Workshop which he has been conducting for corporate teams. He currently works with the local business partner of CrossKnowledge (a leading global player in digital learning) as a trainer of leadership for major corporate clients in various industries. Ahmet also worked as a trainer for The School of Life founded by Alain de Botton in the areas of creativity, purpose and serenity.

Ahmet is currently facilitating the Brands for Good Platform of Sustainable Brands in Turkey as well as the work of Arçelik’s İyi-Ge Sustainability Committee.

In addition to workshop facilitation he also participated as a speaker and moderator at conferences like Marka, Brandweek, Kristal Elma and ICF Coaching Conference.

Throughout his career Ahmet was the President of Advertising Foundation in the period of 2010 - 2012 and also served as the Board Member of Self-Regulatory Board of Advertising. He worked as an Instructor at the Graduate Program of Marketing Communications (Brand School) of Bilgi University between 2013 - 2017.
